L'APERITIVO

For our aperitivo, we look beyond the classic cocktail recipes to offer 5 in-house creations concocted by our head barman Andrea Sanso’ (who we poached from Miami) that will inspire and reenergize you after a long city day.

We serve five fantastic Italian gins made at boutique distilleries across the country to ensure you enjoy a top-notch Gin&Tonic, with each featuring a special garnish.

Thanks to an exclusive partnership you may sample many top labels from Italy’s most prized sparkling wine region: Franciacorta.

COCKTAILS MENU

Our aperitivo may be enjoyed at the bar and on our patio (heated in winter) from 6pm to 9pm. Drinks are paired with Cerignola olives, Milan-made light chips from San Carlo, salted almonds and an assortment of dishes from a homemade crunchy Olivier salad prepared with our Senato sauce to other seasonal appetizers.
