ENTANGLEMENTS by Yuko Mohri

From September 18, 2025 to January 11, 2026, Pirelli HangarBicocca hosts Entanglements, the largest European exhibition of Yuko Mohri.
The Japanese artist, renowned for her kinetic installations and delicate assemblages, transforms everyday objects into ecosystems where invisible forces — gravity, magnetism, heat, humidity — become an integral part of the work itself.
 

What to Expect from the Exhibition
 
Visiting the show means stepping into a living organism. Dust, air currents, fragments of sound and unexpected vibrations feed the works, generating delicate balances that shift from moment to moment. Mohri’s creations are playful and poetic, influenced as much by Duchamp as by contemporary sound experiments, while at the same time opening reflections on urgent themes such as the environment and social coexistence.

it invites us to slow down and listen, offering a rare and precious experience.
